Our Mission
Why We’re Building This

Primary care has become rushed, fragmented, and difficult to access. Many patients wait weeks for short visits that don’t fully address their concerns or long-term health.
The goal is simple: you should know who your doctor is, be able to reach them more easily, and have a plan that looks ahead—not just reacts when something goes wrong.
Who This Is For
This may be a good fit for you if:

You wait too long to see your doctor

You feel rushed during appointments

You use urgent care because your PCP isn’t available

You want a physician who actually knows your medical history

You want more attention to prevention and metabolic health

You value better physician access enough to pay monthly for it

Meet Dr. Jeremy George
I’m a physician who has spent years caring for hospitalized adults with serious and complex illnesses.
That experience has shown me how often the consequences of hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions appear only after years of missed opportunities to intervene earlier.
I’m building Northline Health around a different idea: easier access to your physician, more time together, and a proactive plan designed around where your health is going—not just where it is today.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this health insurance?
No. Membership is not health insurance and is not a substitute for appropriate insurance coverage. Patients should maintain coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, specialists, surgery, imaging, medications, and other services outside the practice.
Can I still use health insurance?
Yes. Membership would cover services provided by the practice according to the final membership agreement. Insurance may still be used for outside medical services.
What does membership cover?
Membership is expected to cover primary-care services provided by Northline Health according to the final membership agreement. It is not insurance and does not replace coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, specialists, surgery, imaging, medications, or other outside services.
Are labs included?
Outside laboratory costs are not generally included. The practice plans to provide access to transparent or discounted cash-pay laboratory pricing when available, and patients may use insurance when appropriate.
Are medications included?
No. Prescription medication costs are separate from membership.
Where will the practice be located?
We are currently evaluating locations in the Leander area with convenient access from Leander, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and surrounding communities.
When will the practice open?
We are currently validating community demand and developing the practice. Founding-list members will receive updates as launch plans are finalized.
Do I have to pay anything to join the founding list?
No. Joining the founding list is free and does not obligate you to become a patient.
